Laurel Glen at Grasslands

Laurel Glen at Grasslands, is located in the exclusive private country club community of Grasslands in Lakeland, Florida.  Consisting of three floor plans originally, Laurel Glen Drive was sold at a furious pace in 2005 and 2006.  In 2007 three new models were built on Laurel Glen Place with the three original floor plans being modified.  There are 99 total lots with many being water front and several backing up to the woods.

The Laurel Glen homes are maintenance free with the maintenance fee taking care the 24 hour manned gate, the common grounds, fountains, road reserves, the yard maintenance, including mowing, edging, chemical weeding, hedging, yearly mulching, and exterior painting every six years.  If you would like more information or would like to see any of the Laurel Glen homes, contact me anytime.
