Turnberry at Grasslands

Turnberry, is a maintenance free patio home development in the exclusive private country club community of Grasslands, located in the beautiful city of Lakeland, Florida.  There are 51 Turnberry homes within the development with the homes either being golf course frontage, water frontage or views of both water and the golf course.  These lovely patio homes are also conveniently located to Lakeside Village.  There are three different floor plans in Turnberry that at new construction offer different modifications such as over sized garages and expanded bonus rooms.
